Orders & Fees
  • All orders are entered into by an individual customer.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • Each order is a once-off transaction. You can save your details for your next order.

  • A delivery fee will be added.

Product Orders

When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and cvv).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your product orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from The Clean Treats Factory containing your order details.

We offer delivery nationwide in Australia & dry/packaged product internationally.

Delivery can take between 2-14 days or longer due to circumstances out of our control. Once the product leaves Clean Treats Pty Ltd it is the responsibility of the chosen courier to ensure the product arrives to you in a timely fashion and in good order.

Slices are only available for Australia and cakes are available for Sydney metro.

Delivery addresses may not be altered once an order has been placed. Please ensure you enter your details correctly, as incorrect address entry may delay your order.

The Clean Treats Factory cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule. Please note this is for fresh product. We advise you order items such as cakes and slices a week in advance to ensure you receive your products for when you require them.

The Clean Treats Factory cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.

The Clean Treats Factory accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.

The Clean Treats Factory will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Payment

Full payment must be paid via credit card through website shopping cart.

All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Amex and Diners cards are not accepted .

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from website containing your receipt.

Collection of Personal Information

In order to use The Clean Treats Factory website, we may require personal information from you so we can provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone numbers.

Any personal information collected by The Clean Treats Factory is done via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

How secure is my payment and personal information?

All information stored on the web site is saved into a secure, password protected, database behind a firewall.

Product Replacement

The Clean Treats Factory will not replace or provide a refund for any products ordered by mistake.

Customers must notify The Clean Treats Factory if they have received an incorrect product or are missing a product within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email.

Missing product items will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement product, no refund or no credit.

Refund & Returns Policy

The Clean Treats Factory return and refunds policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

Allergies

The Clean Treats Factory accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a consumer as a result of consuming a Clean Treats product. It is the consumers responsibility to refer to the nutritional panel and ingredients of each product before purchase.

While The Clean Treats Factory takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain products, please be aware they may still be present as it has been prepared in the same kitchen. *These allergens may include; peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and Lupin.

Communications

The Clean Treats Factory uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails, newsletters and special offers.
